General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all contractual relationships regarding orders placed on C9Beauty’s website, www.c9beauty.com (below mentioned as ”C9Beauty”/”we”/ ”website”).

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.c9beauty.com

Due to Swedish legislation we only accept orders from those over 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 16 years old you must let your parent or guardian accept C9Beauty’s privacy policy before you register to use this site or any of this site’s services. These Terms and Conditions may be modified from time to time. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

If you do not agree to any changes of these Terms and Conditions, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately at hello@c9beauty.com. Changes made after you have placed an order will not affect your order unless we are required to make the change by law.

C9Beauty does not guarantee that all items included on the C9Beauty web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, C9Beauty will modify your order thereafter and credit you for the product that could not be delivered. C9Beauty may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although C9Beauty strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and webshop, errors may occur. In case of Force Majeure, C9Beauty’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and C9Beauty can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by C9Beauty. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, natural disasters or similar events. C9Beauty will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon as possible.

These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with Swedish law. The laws of your country may differ from Swedish law. Users should comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding the use of our website.

Shopping Help

In order to make purchases on the C9Beauty webshop you will be required to provide your personal details. We ask you to provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that are valid and correct. C9Beauty reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected, and also to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any customer or postal address.

Purchase

When you place an order on C9Beauty’s website you will receive an electronic order confirmation to your e-mail address. Before placing an order at the C9Beauty webshop you must agree to these Terms and Conditions. We cannot guarantee that all items shown at the C9Beauty webshop are available in stock at the time of your order. Some items might be sold out. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will modify the order accordingly and credit you for the products out of stock. We will, without undue delay, give you a full refund within 30 days from when the order was terminated. C9Beauty may reject your order if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment.

Complaints

If you wish to address any complaints regarding the quality of your product or if the product is damaged upon delivery, please contact hello@c9beauty.com. We aim to help you as soon as possible. In such case, please provide us with the following details:

• the product code/product name
• batch number of product
• details of the defect
• if you want a refund or replacement
